Preorder Info

Q: How long until I get my preorder/Special Order?

A: Preorders usually begin 7 days prior to placing our order. From there it takes 7-10 days before we get our product from the printer. Once we have have our order, we immediately begin to fill orders. Overall turn-around is 2-3 weeks.

Shirts for Special Orders are ordered when you place the order. Once it is received we will fill the order within 48 hours and mail it out ASAP.

Q: Will all of the style be available after preorder?

A: No. We are unable to keep stock of a design in various options. If you want it in the particular clothing option (e.g. Hoodie) then you have to get it at preorder to ensure you will get it.

Q: I ordered in-stock items with my preorder when will I get those?

A: In order to save on shipping costs (and my sanity) they are shipped with your preorder once we receive it. We cannot accept worn/washed clothing.

Q: Are all past styles available as Special Order?

A: No. We do not have stock of all past items. Only current/newer items will be in the Special Order category.
